How to coupon at Rite Aid!

Step 1: Get a Wellness + Card:
You can sign up online or in-store, and there is a limit of one card per person, up to four per household. If you get your card in-store, you will need to register it online.

Step 2: Have your +UPs printed on your receipt:
+UPs are loaded to your card, and it's really annoying. All you have to do is tell the cashier you want your +UPs printed, not loaded to your card.

Step 3: Learn the policy:
Here are the key things...
Only one coupon can be used on a BOGO sale (you can't use a coupon on a free item)
You can stack a cents-off coupon with a BOGO coupon
You can't use a BOGO coupon with a BOGO sale
A coupon exceeding the price of the item will be adjusted, but it is up to the store
There is a limit of four like coupons, but it is up to the store
You can stack an "RC49", an "RC48", and a "5" manufacturer coupon on one item
+UPs can be used on anything you want*. You can use +UPs and still get +UPs back
+UPs are valid the day after you got them, and are valid for 2 weeks.
Your total needs to be at or above the +UP amount (after coupons)
You will need a filler item if your total is less than the +UP amount. A filler is a cheap item.
*You can't use +UPs on the following...
Prescriptions and co-pays, Alcohol and Tobacco, Lottery and Money Services, Prepaid cards, stamps, newspapers, online purchases, mailing services, and licenses

Types of coupons:
RC49: These are Rite Aid coupons that say "Manufacturer Coupon" on them. They are found in the Weekly Ad, are sent to your email, are Video Value coupons, or are printed on your receipt (not +UPs). +UPs do not count as the no more than one RC49, RC48, and MQ on one item.
RC48: These are pretty rare. They are Rite Aid coupons that are either put on a product because it is expiring soon (It will say "Save $XX now!), or is a coupon that is not for a specific item (ex. $5 off $20 in vitamins, $10 off $50 worth of anything) The purchase threshold for these is calculated after sales, but before any coupons.
MQs: These are non-Rite Aid coupons. They say "manufacturer coupon" on them.

More to come...

Rite Aid deals 4/13-4/19!

So Rite Aid decided to be super smart and exclude the 3 oz. and the 10 oz. Trial sizes. Well,, for some reason, they didn't want to exclude the 2 oz. OR the 1 oz. The 2 oz. Natural glow is $2.79, or $2.23 gold. The 1 oz. is $.99, or $.79 gold. Hmm... 2*$.79 = $1.58; $1.58-$5 = $-3.42, or a $3.42 MM! The limit is 2, so a $6.84 MM per card. This is only if Rite Aid Won't issue an ad correction.

The Jergens Natural Glow full size items are $11.29. Check out the gold scenario...
Buy 2 at $9.03 gold = $18.06
Use the $5/2 Video Value
Use 2 $1 Manufacturer coupons when you sign up here (Or in the 4/13 paper)
Pay $11.06, Get back $5, so $3.03 each!
This deal actually dos not exclude beauty tools, like it usually does. There's a $3 off $5 Eye, Nail, and Beauty tools Video Value. If you find $3.49 items, here's a scenario:
Buy 6 $3.49 items ($5.23/2) = $15.69
Use (3) $3/$5 Video Values
Pay $6.69, get back $5, so $1.69 for 6!
If you have 3 of the $5/3 coupons for the first aid items, here's a scenario for you:
Buy 10 Band-Aids at $2.50 = $25.00
Use 3 $5/3 coupons
And use 1 $.50 coupon
Pay $9.50, get a $10 +UP, so it's a $.50 MM!

Here's the scenario I'm going to do, since I have a $3/2 Aveeno or Neutrogena Shaving products Rite Aid coupon (Exp. 4/15) that I got on my receipt:
Buy 7 Band-Aids, $17.50
Buy 2 Aveeno Shaving products, $7.98
Total = $25.48
Use 2 $5/3 coupons
Use the $.50 Manufacturer coupon
Use the $3/2 Rite Aid coupon
Use the $3/2 Manufacturer coupon found here
Pay $8.98, Get back a $10 +UP reward
That makes it a $1.02 MM!

If you love Aveeno, here's a scenario...
Buy 7 $3.99 Aveeno = $27.93
Use 3 $3/2 Manufacturer coupons found here
Use the $1/1 coupon coming in the 1/13 Sunday paper
Pay $17.93, get back a $10 +UP reward
Final price: $7.93, or $1.13 each!

Rite Aid deals 4/6-4/12!

If your store allows you to use coupon on a free item, and you have the March video values, here you go:
Buy 6 Reese's Eggs at $.99 BOGO free = $2.97
-2 $1/3 Manufacturer coupons
-3 $.50/2 March VVs
Get $.53 overage/6
Buy 1 Nasacort & 1 Allegra 30 ct. = $35.98
Use the $5 Allegra coupon in the 4/6 RP
Use the $5 Nasacort coupon in the 4/6 RP
Use the $2 off both products in the 4/6 RP (Yes, you can stack all three)
Use the $3 off Nasacort March or April Video Value
Use the $2 off Allegra March or April Video Value
Pay $18.98, Get a $5 +UP
Final price: $13.98/2 or $6.99 each!
Buy 1 Anacin
Use the $2 off printable on coupons.com
Pay $2.99, Get $4 +UP, so a $1.01 MM! (Limit 2)
Buy 3 $2.99 items and the $6.99 item. Use 4 $2 manufacturer coupons. Pay $7.96, and get $5 back. So $2.96 for 4 items!
If you're crazy and have 6 $1.50 off coupons from KFR, here you go:
Spend $15 get $5 monthly deal
Buy 6 at $2.50 = $15
Use 6 $1.50 off coupons
Pay $6, Get $5 back, so $1 for 6 boxes
